Adoption fees help us keep our program open.
Services included in the adoption fees (these services are provided prior to adoption):
- Support from your CBR team for the life of the dog
- Veterinary health exam
- Vaccinations
- Spay/Neuter
- Microchip
- Heartworm test
- Flea/tick prevention
Puppies
Up to 6 mos
$750
Puppies in this age group require a series of 4 vaccinations plus Rabies, microchip, spay/neuter, health check. This requires multiple vet visits. Heartworm tests are not performed on this age group because the parasite doesn’t show up until after 6 months.
Young
7 mo – 2 years
$650
Health check, updated vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter, heartworm test, treatment of any known medical issues.
Adult
2 years – 8 years
$550
Health check, updated vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter, heartworm test, treatment of any known medical issues.
Senior
8+ years
$450
Health check, updated vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter, heartworm test, treatment of any known medical issues.
